What Is It?
It is a chemical free sanitizing technique that destroys all bacteria,
even the dreaded Legionella.
AQUASMARTER Ionization capsules provide perfect water for spas, water
deposits, water tanks and small pools. They are sold in 37 countries
worldwide. The capsules turn well water, tap water, and municipal water
into pure drinking water.
Each capsule will sanitize 20,000 litres of water.
Each capsule when immersed in water is guaranteed to last at least 12 months. If you only need to use them for 6 months (summertime) just take them out and re-use them for the following year. They will not degrade.
How do I use Aquasmarter capsules?
For Spas.(Chemical free)
Place 1 capsule under the waterfall or in the filter housing.
There is no need to add any other chemicals. Run the filtration system
twice for 2 hours in a 24hrs period and your spa water will be clear
and stay sparkling within a few days. Clean your filter weekly or after
heavy use.
For Water Deposits and Water Tanks up to 20,000 litres. (Chemical free)
Place or suspend 1 capsule approximately 1 metre below the water intake
flow. For first time use ‘swish’ the capsule around in the
tank like a tea-bag in a cup. If the water is chlorinated leave a small
opening in the top of the tank so that the chlorine can evaporate. Allow
24hrs before drinking to produce an adequate concentration of ionization.
You will notice that over the next few days your water will become sparkling
clear with a sweet clean taste.
For Swimming Pools.(Reduces chlorine use by 87%)
Calculate how many Aquasmarter capsules you will need. An average 8m
x 4m pool will hold approximately 50,000 litres of water and so would
need 2 capsules. Place the capsules in the skimmer baskets.
Week 1 reduce your chlorine input by 50%
Week 2 reduce your chlorine input by another 50%
From the end of week 2 you will only need to use 10% of what you would
normally use.
Your pool will now be virtually chlorine free. No more red eyes, runny
noses, green hair or
chlorine smell.
The negative ionisation process also attracts dust and dirt particles
and drops them to the pool floor. **You will need to sweep /vacuum and
back wash your pool more frequently.
